Milani Ultrafine Liquid Eyeliner Swatches!

TGIF! I'm on a roll! I have yet another post for you this evening. I was lucky enough to receive the new Milani Cosmetics Ultrafine Liquid Eyeliner for review.

Per the online description for the Milani website:

ULTRAFINE LIQUID EYE LINER
Sparkling intense color, long-lasting, waterproof formula. The ultrafine felt-tip applicator makes it easy to apply a thick or thin line and dries down to a sparkling finish. Black also available in a vinyl finish!

There are 5 colors in this line:
Emerald Green: shimmery emerald green
Prismatic Purple: shimmery purple with an intense blue flash
Sparkling Turquoise: shimmery turquoise
Black Gem: charcoal grey with multicolored sparkles
Black Vinyl: dark black

Splurges! Too Faced and a tattoo!

I don't know why I can't seem to get motivated to post regularly. Life, maybe? Whatever it is, I need to stop doing it. Tonight, I decided to pull out the big guns and do a blog post way past my bedtime. This might just become a *thing*...maybe. lol

A few weeks ago, I had some extra money (tax return!) and was able to do with it what I wanted. This only happens very rarely in my world, so I decided to do something I've always wanted to do....get a tattoo! But before that, I ran to Sephora and picked up the Too Faced "The Return of Sexy" palette. I've been eyeballing it for some time, because of the names of the eyeshadow within the palette and because it came with a full sized eyeliner. So, of course, I had to swatch it for you! I'm pretty excited about some of the colors. Others, I could take or leave..and the tattoo? Well, I'll happily take it forever.

Valentine's Pink and Red Challenge!

Happy Valentine's Day Zombies!

Today, I have an epic post full of pink and red sparkle and shine. My makeup group on Facebook was challenged to create looks including pink and red in honor of Valentines Day. Of course, the option to create an "anti" Valentine's Day look was also on the table.

This evening I'd like to present to you the new Milani COLORstatment lipstick in reds and oranges. Milani has just recently changed their lipstick packaging and it looks so very classy (and shiny) now! The lipstick formula is also absolutely amazing and oh so pigmented! My swatches are only ONE swipe of the lipstick!

Everything arrived from Milani in this adorable lip case. It strangely reminds me of my lips. hehe

My absolute, hands down favorite from this bunch is Cherry Crave! Because it's a Metallic, it has a nice gold shine within the red base. It's amazing and lasts forever! I also really love Best Red, as it's a nice blue based matte red. The True Red lip liner is also gorgeous, creamy, and super pigmented. I will be posting lips swatches in the future of each lipstick!

Milani COLORstatement lipstick can be purchased at participating CVS, Target, Walgreens, Walmart, Kmart, and from the Milani website itself. The new COLORstatment lipstick retail for $5.49 online, but will differ depending on where you purchase them.

Purple and Pink, LOTD!

I asked people on my Facebook fan page to pick my eyeshadow colors a few days ago. My niece Eli requested pink and purple and so I went with it. I wasn't planning on blogging this look, but it's too pretty not to share. Sadly, I didn't take any photos of it with my camera, so the pictures are all from my iPhone. You still get the point!

TFSI as primer
Tick:Tock Cosmetics eyeshadow base in "Milky Way"
Fyrinnae "When I Grow Up" main lid and inner lower lash line
Tick:Tock Cosmetics "Midlife Crisis" blended into and above crease and outer lower lash line
Matte black blended into outer v and crease
Fyrinnae "Moon Child" as brow bone highlight and tear duct area
Random liner and mascara

Cheeks:
Sephora blush in "Afterglow"

Lips:
Morgana Cryptoria "Fortune Teller and Passionflower" mixed.
