Blah, blah, blah. Ever feel like...blah? I do tonight and my eyeshadow pretty much reflected that. I wanted to something bright, but with a dark kick at the same time. I came up with this look. Still on the fence about it. But I know one thing for sure. I LOVE MITZI! It's soo beautiful. You can't really see the holographic glitter in the pictures, but it's there and it's amazing.

NYX Jumbo Pencil mail lid- blended in
Hi-Fi "Raid the King" main lid and extended out
My Pretty Zombie "Mitzi" upper 1/2 of lid
Hi- Fi "Lithium" as upper liner and extended out
Hi-Fi "Aphrodisiac" lower lash line and extended out
Fyrinnae "Nijiro" highlight
Eh...it is what it is. I'm not totally impressed, but I wanted to post something. LOL!!

ReplyDeleteMaybe a darker upper liner and put the bright blue on the bottom lid? And... black on the lid, pink on the crease! Thats my opinion. xoxox
ReplyDeleteYea I think the camera's problem in picking up the colours doesn't help - actually the first photo isn't too bad, it's just difficult to imagine the full face result :)

I often feel 'meh' about putting on makeup, however unlike you i then just shove on mascara and lipstick and leave it at that :P

Mitizi is a gorgeous color! I can appreciate your feeling "Meh"-ness...I don't know about you...but I feel like it does take a lot of work/effort to make a look you are really proud of...having said that though - I do enjoy this look.
