Happy Sunday. My day is full of grochery shopping. When shopping for 5 people, (including a 16 month old who can pack food away) it's usually an all afternoon 'thing.' We try to only go once a week to avoid the chaos of the store. So what do we do, head to Wal-Mart AFTER lunch on a Sunday. Busiest time of the week.ever. We're glutton's for punishment. Why not leave the kids home with Daddy you ask? Because..it's fun for ALL of us to be together on the weekly shopping extravaganza. FAMILY TIME PEOPLE! lol
Anyway, I am almost done swatching all of my minerals. I know to some of you my collection may not seem big, but to me (and my husband) it's pretty gigantic. I adore every single on of my minerals and have so much fun with them. I shutter to think what my collection will look like in another year.

ReplyDeleteI looove you swatches! I have a question for you about elf socialite. I have it, and it's SO dark, almost black, but as the day goes on it fades to about that color of your swatch. Does this happen to you?

ReplyDeleteDoes your MAC Honesty always swatch that pretty, or just over the Hifi Shadow Fix? Because whenever I swatch it in-store it goes on nicely, but mine looks so gross unless I put it over Pixie Epoxy :(
@Heather: Socialite is a chocolate brown in the jar and out. It looks intense but swatches nicely. Wonder if you got a funky batch?
ReplyDelete@ SS: I'm on the fence about Honesty- honestly. It was gorgeous in the store and I got it home and was like "this is IT?!" This is it over the shadow fix..I'm not uber impressed.
