Hello and good evening!

I created a randomized list and then used the random number generator to come up with a winner of the Hi-Fi Cosmetics Nightmare 2010 Halloween collection in samples.

I had 73 usable entries ( I added everyone at least twice, just for the hell of it, and more if you posted about the giveaway.)
