This last week was an interesting one for me. I spent the week with Mom (I had to also attend a funeral), got my hair cut and added purple to my bangs, and located China Glaze crackles in my Mom's small town, (which were hard to find here in Albuquerque!) I grabbed Cracked Concrete and Lightning Bolt (which I keep calling White Lightning. grrrr)
AND then, when I got home, my Morgana Cryptoria order was waiting patiently for me. Goodies galore!

I adore these new lipstick shades. The scent is light in each one and they are so creamy and easy to apply, and of course pigmented! I really think for $10.00 these lippies are amazing.
I used Jordana garlic basecoat (no it does not smell like garlic), OPI's From A to Zurich as the base color and ChG's Cracked Concrete over, topping off with ChG's Quick dry top coat. What an awesome combo, right? I really love these new crackle polishes. And in my head I have a million ideas for color combinations. Luckily, the bestie picked up Broken Hearted for me too!

Awesome combo for the mani! i had originally not cared for the crackle polish, but now I have so many ideas brewing in my head! i have 4 of the 6 from the China Glaze collection on their way to me now, can't wait to try them out :)

ReplyDeleteGilded Cerise looks pretty :) In the tube those lippies look like ones I used to make my mum buy for me when I was tiny, they were 99p from the local hardware store (weird place to sell them!)
