Zombies!
OH god, I want to *squee* cause I can't wait for you all to see this post! Some of you may know that last year I stumbled across a company called "My Pretty Zombie." In the year since, I've noticed MPZ alot more around the blogosphere and especially recently. I was given the opportunity to sample some of the new eyeshadow that Andrea has created. Let's just say, I'm ever more giddy this time around.

Did you SEE Thundernuts?! I mean COME ON! It's so fuckin' awesome. (Ohhh, I used a cuss word!) It's almost a brick colored base with a hard lavender almost blue shift. SO awesome. I keep wanting to call it Thunderpants though and that's bugging me. lol
I also ADORE Bettie, EJP Creations (tons of fun red glitter mixed in), and Gangrenous (amazing teal color.)
Full size colors are $5.00 and knowing Andrea, I'm sure you get a ton of product in the jars. Her samples were quite generous as well. Please, for the love of all things Zombies, go grab yourself Thundernuts(pants) and Gangrenous. Or get a sample pack of 3 for $3.00!
I was so excited about these, I used 3 of the colors in a look today!
Yuuup. I went full on blond bangs!

These colors are delicious! And the names make me chuckle a bit on the inside. Hahah
ReplyDeleteOkay I seriously LOVE Andrea. She's been the sweetest person ever. Her shadows are amazing, I don't think I've tried one yet that I don't like. She's also working on matching a discontinued color that I love which is super awesome. =D Seriously between her being awesome, and her shadows being amazing you must buy! My first order from her she sent me my samples in jars because I over paid with shipping. They had way more shadow in them than I anticipated and her samples in baggies have lots of shadow as well. Her packages are super fun to receive as well. My daughter loves the little spidies and fingers and things that come with my makeup. =D

Oh man, I don't know what it is about Zombies that gets me every time, but I LUFF them. Have you seen Fido? I want a pet zombie like that. And I would name him Thundernuts.

ReplyDeleteThis is awesome! I literally just put in my first order from them last night! The best part was Andrea messaged me on Etsy just to thank me and say that she hopes I love my shadows. Cmon, no one does that! If I didn't already love it for it being zombie related and quirkily-named(yes, I made that word up), then I certainly do now! I can't wait for my samples to arrive! I ordered nine, and a full size of Rabies since it was on sale as the color of the week. ^___^
