Hi again Zombies!
I must be subconsciously craving reds and oranges on ze eyes, because this is day two of an "orange-ish" look.
A few weeks ago, Ms. Wendy of Turtle Beauty, took a little vacation to LONDON and picked me up a little somethin' somethin' while she was there. I gave her $10.00 and was able to get this beauty! (swatches will come in a later post!)
Sleek "Sunset" palette!
Annnnd, had to do a "look" with some of the colors! There isn't one color that isn't SUPER pigmented. I am shocked.
The Goods:
I used the red (first row, second color) as the main lid color (over Evil Shades primer in "Nude") and blended the black into my crease. I then added the orange color ( first row, 4th color) above my crease, adding a tint of the yellow color (next to the orange) to blend. I used the champagne color (last color in 2nd row) as a highlight and dragged the black and taupe (first color, 2nd row) down into the lash line. I then added some random liner and mascara.
Cheeks: Milani's baked blush in "Rose D'oro"
Lips: Revlon "Raspberry" lipstick

ReplyDeleteI love any kind of "warm" reddish colors, whether it's orange or a brick red or what-have-you. I have heard so many wonderful things about Sleek makeup palettes. I can't wait until I get the chance to give them a try!
