Just in time for Halloween and with Christmas right around the corner, Milani Cosmetics has released three awesome new Limited Edition Sparkling Mascara top coats. I was lucky enough to receive them to share with you.
Per the Milani website:

The wand. I think this wand is absolutely PERFECT for adding the glitter to mascara or alone on the lashes. It's not too big or clumsy and seems to get each lash.
Swatches! I will have looks done with these bad boys in the weeks following.

I did wear Golden Eyes today to test it out and I must say I'm excited about these. Usually glitter bugs my eyes, but this top coat did not. I applied it over mascara and had just enough of a hint of sparkle to make my lashes glisten in the sunlight. I think these are really fun and will be great to add a touch of bling to your holiday looks.

These are such a neat idea! I like that they're so inexpensive, because I probably wouldn't reach for one all that often, but for special times it would be cute!
