Last week I placed a small order with a new(ish) up and coming company called Brazen Cosmetics on Etsy. I saw Jill's review of them over at Just Peachy I HAD to try them out. Especially because they have a Mango scented lip sugar scrub called Mango Mango and I'd been looking for a good one. :D I order two full size jars from the Valentine's 2011 in collection "Vixen and Miss Independent" , the Mango Mango lip scrub, and a sample set of eyeshadow. I received Coy, Paradox, Jaded, Tease, and Tremor. Sandi threw in a few samples as well, which I'm sure is standard.
Shipping was lightning fast, and well, I fell in love without even opening the package. There was so much cute detail added to the shipping package.
And once I shook everything from it's yellow tissue paper wrapping, I was hooked. The labels are adorable.period. AND SHRINK WRAPPED..oh and wait for it....the sifters have the sticker seal WITH the tab to pull it off. Full size jars are $5.49.
Aside from the fact that the Mango lip scrub smells fantastic and is only $2.79 for what I believe is 1/8 of an oz., the eyeshadow is just gorgeous. Pigmented, complex, lovely. I will be placing more orders in the very near future.

Paradox reminds me so much of Meow Cosmetics Friday the 13th shadow in "Skeptic." I was stoked about this, because Meow offers the Friday the 13th shadows only a few times a year. I also LOVE Tease, it's such a gorgeous hot pink color. And what you see was ONE swipe! Coy has amazing pink sparkles in it and Vixen is such a HOT darkened burgundy color. Jaded is the most amazing lime green. Oh man, I just love them all.period.
Hands down my favorites are Tease and Paradox. Miss Independent is a close second.
I didn't really dig the scent sample of "Hella Vanilla" which was included with my order on a cute butterfly swatch cloth, but it's because.....I HATE VANILLA scented ANYTHING!
