I had an awesome weekend. Got myself a new Blackberry Curve, so that I can officially become addicted to my phone- as if I wasn't already. We also had our nephew over for a sleep over and he had so much fun. We haven't seen the kid in 2 years. He's so sweet and he and Dade (my oldest son) had an awesome time.
As some of you know, I'm running a "Dark Faerie" series in the upcoming months. The intention is to feature my fellow bloggers- be it makeup, nails, cooking, or whatever! and have them do a little som'thin som'thin for my followers.
To kick off the series, I decided, who better to share a little faerie dust than the one and only Phyrra. The girl is stunning and reminds me of a Faerie- so it was just sort of meant to be. *evil grin*
Without furthur ado:
My name is Phyrra and I blog over at www.phyrra.net. I was excited when Wendi asked me to debut her dark faerie theme, as I love the sidhe and dark fey. Recently I read Melissa Marr's Wicked Lovely series, which is what influenced this look a bit. I did a fey of the Summer Court for my look, using mostly Aromaleigh products.

Yay Phyrra! I like the little pop of blue/purple in the crease
ReplyDeleteThat blue is stunning and the contacts add that little extra edge almost like she's staring deep into your soul hehe.
ReplyDeleteThis series is an awesome idea ;)
<3 Phyrra... thanks !
ReplyDeleteWhat's the requirement to be a dark faerie? x
@Martian D: just email me at makeupzombie@yahoo.com and I'll fill you in. :)
ReplyDeleteYay Phyrra! Those lenses make her look like an elf! Super excited for the rest of this series!
ReplyDeleteDude, this look is very cool! The contacts are the perfect touch to this, along with the hairstyle.
ReplyDeleteI really like how the colors of her eyes and the contacts are mirrored in the makeup. I wish I could work a faerie look....I don't think that would quite work for my coloring though.....
Go Phyrra :) I love the blue under the eyes and the contacts!
ReplyDeleteI love the idea of this series :)
