I don't know about you, but I'm glad Thanksgiving is over and done with. I love the day, love the food, but hate the anticlimactic feel when it's all said and done. And then of course now everyone's gung ho for Christmas.
Today I received my very first order from Shiro Cosmetics. I'd never gotten around to purchasing from them, because I've had so much on my plate and there are so many companies out there. I placed a small order and in 2 days, I received it. HOLY CRAP! And once swatched, I was madly.in.love.
So, I had to quickly do a look with 4 of the 5 colors I received ( Everything is Bears, Meowth, Team Rocket, and Lance the Dragon Trainer.) I also got 4 samples with an incredible amount of product! Hellz yeah!

I came to the conclusion after using Shiro products (that blend like a dream!) Good quality makeup IS key to a great "look". And it doesn't HAVE to be crazy expensive stuff like MAC. I adore my Indie companies who produce better quality products then their corporate competitors. I'm really excited with the makeup I've been getting recently and haven't felt guilty after my purchases! ROCK AND ROLL!

ReplyDeleteThey're permanent. She does not do "limited editions". (At least not at this point - every color she makes, unless otherwise announced, is going to be part of the regular line.)
So breathe, make your wish lists, wait until the new year to buy, some time when you're not under money-pressure...you've got plenty of time!!! (That was one of the first questions I asked her. As much as newness is cool, I hate the artificial pressure of "limited edition" colors. I was happy and relieved to find that they'd all be permanent!!)
